The Year Gone By

I still can't believe 2022 is already over! It feels like it just flew by, but looking back, it was truly one of the best years of my life. I mean, not only did we finally get over the Covid-19 pandemic, but I also hit a major milestone that I had been working towards for almost two years. It was such an incredible feeling of accomplishment and I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow and learn in my career.

But honestly, the highlight of the year for me was getting to work with such an amazing team of juniors. They provided so much support and encouragement, and I honestly don't think I would have made it through some of the tough times without them. I can't thank them enough for all that they've done for me.

And on a personal level, 2022 was just as amazing. I got to go on the most incredible trip and have some truly unforgettable experiences. Trekking through a river and going on a safari, and watching a Bengal Tiger from little over 25ft! I also learned so much about myself and how to handle difficult situations, and I feel like I've grown so much as a person. 

The pretty lady working from home next to me also jumped up in her career, and now, has a ton of extra work to do! Watching her on calls all day, reminds me of how she used to tease me, when I was on calls for hours and hours and she used to chill and take afternoon naps! But I know this is turning out to be a fantastic learning phase for her and it's making her an even more awesome professional.

As I reflect on the year, I can't help but feel a sense of nostalgia for all the amazing experiences and memories I've made. But I am also filled with excitement and hope for what the future holds. Here's hoping that 2023 brings even more luck and wonderful experiences my way!
